MODEL PORTFOLIOS

MODELING: AGE 14-25

Well, are you ready for the big time? This is where it gets tough. Below are a few things that you need to succeed in this age range:

• You will need a portfolio (pictures taken by professional photographers in a variety of poses). They should be updated regularly as well.
• You will also need photos or composites (comp cards) to send to agencies or leave at interviews.
• An hour or two every day spent making sure you look good is important.
• Get involved in some sport or activity to keep you looking bright and fresh.
• Don't neglect speaking well, that means studying hard if you're in school.

It would also be nice if you knew most of the photographers and agents in your town. The benefits of networking are many, so don't be afraid to let everyone know that you are modeling.
